I remember my parents and grand parents all saying things that made “their day” better than now. Such things as “I don’t remember police men being so young in my day” or “she can’t be a teacher, she looks about 12”.
I’m not sure about these two examples being true now I’ve reached the age my parents were when they said them but I am wondering if there is some truth in this when it comes to sexiness or whether it actually is true and women are getting “less sexy”.
On my idle way around the internet I sometimes call by a website called Nudography that lists which celebrities have been nude in film, television, publications, or just papped at the beach. It’s a good resource although they obviously want you to go down the paid route as their pictures are ridiculously small and their definition of “nude” is very dubious. Nonetheless I like it.
Now Nudography allow you to give your opinion on a scale of 1 to 5 stars, and list the top 100 based on these votes.
What struck me about this ranking is how almost everyone listed is over 30 years old despite the site being kept up-to-date.
When I last looked the first under-30-year-old was Taylor Momsen who is 28-years-old. Although I remember Taylor being a little girl in the Grinch movie with Jim Carrey, I don’t think she is that hot, but is – as I say – the first and only under 30-year-old on the list.
The (mean) average age in the top 100 is an astonishing 41 years old, with the oldest entries being all 57 years old – Mary-Louise Parker (10th), Diane Lane (63rd), Monica Bellucci (83rd), and Marisa Tomei (86th).
Perhaps my age is showing but if you asked me to think of someone seriously sexy under 30 I would struggle. I am not a fan of Sydney Sweeney myself but some seem to like her amazing boobs but distinctly (an off-putting) butter face which leaves her ranking in the 4,000s.
Now there may be stuff happening here and it may be oldies like myself voting but it is interesting all the same. I still think women are not as hot as they were though.
How the hell did Amber Heard get in there though!
